Blood Testing
Regular blood tests help us monitor your pet’s internal organ function. These tests are important in finding and diagnosing disease in the kidneys, pancreas, liver, and more. Our in-house blood analysers help us perform a range of tests, which allows us to identify any significant changes in your pet’s health
Heartworm Prevention & Treatment
Heartworm is one of the most dangerous parasites that can infect dogs. Our preventive treatments begin with regular blood tests to make sure your dog is not infected. In addition, we can prescribe a monthly heartworm preventive to help keep your dog safe from the disease. If your dog does become infected with the disease, we offer a range of treatment options and can treat heartworm in all stages.
Nutritional Counseling
All pets benefit from a healthy diet, and some pets require prescription diets to control or treat medical issues. Our team will help you select the right food for your pet’s age, breed, and health concerns.
Spay & Neutering
Spaying or neutering is recommended if your pet is not being used for breeding. Both procedures involve removing the reproductive organs or testicles, which results in an inability to breed. We have years of experience performing both of these procedures and do everything we can to make your pet comfortable throughout. It is our goal to make the procedure as stress-free and painless as possible for your pet.
Intestinal Parasite Testing
Annual intestinal parasite testing is important for identifying any changes in your pet’s health. We perform in-house testing and will recommend dewormers based on the results. It is our goal to help your pet maintain good health, and we will work with you to make sure your pet receives the care and medication they need.
Flea & Tick Control
Fleas and ticks are not only a nuisance; they pose health risks for you and your pet. While prevention is the best defense against these parasite, we will work with you to help you recognize the signs and symptoms so you can get your pet treated right away. There are numerous options and we will work with you to determine which one is best suited for your pet.
Vaccinations
Immunizations are an important preventive measure, as they help protect your pet against viruses and diseases in their environment. We will work with you to determine which vaccines best fit your pet’s age and lifestyle needs.
